







Never Skip Leg Day
At Eastbound Gym in Amsterdam East, we have our ‘Never skip leg day’ training, entirely focused on training your glutes, legs, and abdominal muscles, plus boosting your endurance.
What can you expect? A solid warm-up to get nicely warmed up, a part where we show you exactly how to do the exercises correctly, some conditioning training, and plenty of attention to mobility and stretching. Depending on how many people there are, we do circuit training, HIIT (intensely fun!), WOD, or just your own thing. We use all sorts of equipment: bands, barbells, dumbbells, and sometimes just your own body. And believe me, in those 60 minutes, you not only train your legs and glutes, but you also burn quite a few calories!
It doesn't matter how fit you are, everyone can join. Preferably, wear sports shoes that you only use indoors, but barefoot is also perfectly fine.
