







Group classes Strength & Conditioning
At Eastbound Gym in Amsterdam East, our strength & conditioning group classes focus on increasing your strength and improving your fitness. These workouts provide a complete fitness experience, with a solid warm-up, detailed technical instructions for the correct execution of exercises, conditioning training, and a great emphasis on flexibility and stretching. Depending on the group size, we will work in circuits, at stations, with high-intensity interval training (HIIT), WODs, or individual training. Our toolbox includes everything from bodyweight exercises to kettlebells, slam balls, dumbbells, and occasionally an Olympic barbell.
The classes are accessible to everyone, whether you are a beginner or an experienced athlete. We recommend training shoes that are only worn indoors, but training barefoot is also an option if you prefer.
