Eastbound Gym uses personal data that has been provided as a customer, member, athlete, supplier, contractor, visitor to the website (www.eastboundgym.nl) or relationship. You are a member of Eastbound Gym;

Retention Period
Personal data will be retained as long as necessary for the execution of the agreement. After the end of a membership, personal data will be retained as long as consent for this has been granted. For the purposes of financial administration and to comply with the requirements set by the Tax Authorities, personal data will be retained as long as Eastbound Gym is legally obliged to do so.
Newsletter
Eastbound Gym offers newsletters. This way, you stay informed about offers and other news. Communication via this method will always include an option to unsubscribe.

We do everything we can to protect your personal data from loss, destruction, misuse, alteration, or dissemination of your personal data by unauthorized parties. Access to digital files containing personal data is encrypted with generated (very strong) passwords, and the circle of those who have access to these files is limited to a few individuals.
