At Eastbound Gym we offer kickboxing classes to youth age 6 up. In order to teach in a pedagogically responsible way, we have split the youth into two groups; 6 to 11 years and 12 to 17 years.

Our MMA (mixed martial arts) classes are taught by Gilbert Yvel.

You will be working with the kettlebell for this class. This intensive full body workout is going to improve your stamina, explosiveness and strength.

EXPLOSIVE STRENGTH

The purpose of this training is the improvement of your strength in/and your speed. The exercises we use to accomplish that are variations of hops, jumps, sprints and drills.
