I help and support people who want guidance in realizing their personal goals in the area of nutrition, exercise and health. From January 2017 onwards I’m working independently at the Eastbound gym in Amsterdam East, opposite to the entrance of the Oosterpark. In this new personal training gym we can work on:

-Improving your technique and your body posture

Half of the new Eastbound gym is purely focused on personal training and that means exclusivity! There are three personal trainers active (including me) and that means that it is nice and quiet while working with us abd there is more attention for you at the same time! I strive to make the personal training session(s) as functional as possible. This means that in daily life you will notice enormous improvements in everyday things such as walking, lifting, etc. Of course, your bodyfat percentage will also get considerably lower, your muscles will become stronger and you will feel top fit, both mentally and physically. In addition, I value personalized training and eating schedules that are tailored to your wishes and possibilities. In this way we can realize each (realistic) goal together!

Your Personal Victory helps you to achieve your personal victories in the field of sports and nutrition. From my own experiences I recognize the difficulties in achieving goals and strive for a healthy balance between enjoying life and exercising.
I motivate and guide you to handle work out and diet plans with care and consistency. By offering a variety in strength and cardio I teach you the basic of posture and techniques from Weightlifting, Combat Strength & Conditioning and HIIT Training.
