Participating in a kickboxing class without any experience can be rather daunting. Remembering the combinations, keeping up with the pace, remembering to breathe, the difference between left and right. If you have never done it before it can seem almost impossible…
Fortunately we have a solution!
During five introduction classes we will teach you the kickboxing fundamentals, in a small group with only beginners and lots of personal attention. This will raise your skill level so you can participate in the regular group classes. On day three of the introduction course you will receive a technical fitness class. During this hour we will focus on how to correctly perform the basic fitness exercises which occur frequently in our group classes, such as squats, lunges, push-ups, sit-ups, burpees and more.
During the introduction course you can borrow our gloves and shin guards. We train barefoot and wear comfortable sports clothing.

The introduction classes are not included in the regular group class membership. Unfortunately it is not possible to catch up with missed classes or to exchange your classes with a different course. It is also not possible to receive a (partial) refund of the costs if you, for whatever reason, are unable to attend a class. The intensity of the classes are much lower than that of the regular classes. So no need to worry, you will start sweating soon enough!
